The above poster is being widely disseminated in order to, um, encourage participation in the census by Hispanics. In fact, most of these posters were printed in Spanish. Some say they are a not unsubtle attempt to have illegal immigrants (there's no such thing as an undocumented immigrant) participate. Why else "Don't be afraid?"
